Yorkville Flats at 333 East 83rd Street is located in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Built in 1920 this 5 story 10 unit townhouse has a unique mixture of pre-war design and modern renovations; featuring exposed white washed brick, in unit washer dryers, restored decorative fireplaces, oversized bedrooms and bathrooms, and abundance of light from multiple exposures. The building is conveniently located just a half block from the newly opened 2nd Avenue Q train. Property amenities feature private outdoor space, fitness center, secured storage, bike storage, and a virtual doorman.

In addition to ground up remodeling of this 10,000 square foot townhouse, the design was undertaken by Argent Advisors. The team is responsible for multiple townhouse renovations and hundreds of residential sales and remodels throughout the five boroughs. Although layouts remain consistent, each apartment presented a new design opportunity for the Argent team. First floor units feature exposed brick and accented wood walls, doors, and ceilings in addition to private outdoor space. Apartments above the first floor emphasize the bright natural light with frosted glass doors and an abundance of oversized windows. These are just some of the signature details that set Yorkville Flats apart from other rentals on the Upper East Side.
